The EAS Services Assurance Quality Dept. defines approved policy and implements an independent quality system to monitor compliance and adequacy with regulations.
21 internal audits were performed during the last 2 years in our workshops and services. In addition, customers, French and foreign authorities are regularly auditing EAS services. The EAS Services Assurance Quality Dept. has supported 50 external audits in 2014 and 2015. The Quality Assurance Services monitor several approval certificates.

EAS Services enforces the principles related to human factors and is committed to train all staff on this point. EAS Services is also committed to train staff of the CDCCL maintenance and EWIS if applicable. Human factors the CDCCL are included in internal company training program.
The Technical Direction of EAS Services has developed a suitable work environment by providing tools, materials, instructions and sufficient time to perform the maintenance in accordance with the procedures. EAS Services recognizes the application of procedures, standards of quality, safety and regulatory standards is the responsibility of all staff of the organization. EAS Services management recognizes the need for cooperation of all staff with the Organization’s quality Auditors.
